We manage all appointments  and set up viewings around your schedule! Once you have a buyer contact us for the Complete Closing Services which includes: Draft strong & binding contracts,  negotiating favorable terms, arranging inspections, appraisals and closing paperwork. Office administration fee of $850 due upon on completion.
